Local nonprofits expected to receive over $10,000.

The capital markets group will donate one percent of each loan origination fee from their client's commercial real estate loan to a nonprofit organization of the client's choosing. Since most commercial loans are between $1 million and $10 million the donations to non profits will be substantial. Wharton Gladden & Company is projecting to pay out over $10,000 to local nonprofits during the first year of this program.
