Mercedes Wilson added as senior business development manager.

(Raleigh, NC) March 10, 2006 – Wharton Gladden & Company, LLC, a private real estate investment banking group that provides permanent debt financing for commercial real estate, announces today its Raleigh-based office has added Mercedes Wilson as senior business development manager.   The capital markets group is projecting to double its 2005 loan production in the first quarter of 2006.
