securing financing in the form of short-term and/or permanent debt
and equity to support growth and restructuring strategies.
Our professionals advise clients on a wide array of loan programs
available for multifamily and commercial real estate. We
immediately identify a Client's requirement and possible financing
structures and properly match a Client's objectives with the most
appropriate loan programs in the marketplace. We will then
negotiate a Binding Commitment with the selected Capital Provider
and close the transaction.
